Training and Development

Objective:

Complying with external environment, corporate management , departmental target and the need for employee development, Tai-hao's aims to establish a holistic training system providing courses related to education, training and development to enhance job performance and satisfaction of personal career development.

System:

Extending personal lifetime training system from workplace to classroom. Basic Training Knowledge & Ability development Self discovery.
Including four major areas:

‧Fundamental Training：
	Courses to assist new employee to familiarize with work environment and work demand.
‧Managerial Training：
	Courses inclusive of management capability, finance and accounting , and personnel regulations.
‧Functional Training：
	Professional training according to departmental function.
‧General Training：
	We encourage employees to pursue further education.
